Birth Butterfly: Adrian

To celebrate the birth of a Whimble infant, King Thaddeus always sends the infant a magical gift - a chrysalis on a perfectly shaped tiny branch from his Palace Garden. Parents place the present by the cradle. While the baby slumbers, a beautiful butterfly emerges from the chrysalis. Soon it lights on a wee hand. Upon awakening, the baby immediately sees this delicate being. Butterfly and newborn only have eyes for each other. This impression results in a lifetime friendship between Whimble and butterfly. One is never far from the other and always reads the other's thoughts. What a precious gift the King bestows!
