This exotic bearded Chinese Rabbit loves his coolie hat, particularly in the summer months.  He also likes to color coordinate his clothing with the flowers blooming in the garden he tends with Sinclair the Unicorn and others of The Animal Court. His specialty is the designs he chooses for his slippers.  Elegant yet light, these silken shoes are the envy of all his friends. 

The dimensional work I completed between 1989 and 1994 foreshadows the World of the Whimbles. It was like a complicated puzzle, one piece slid into place, then another until, in 1995, I had conceived of Whimble Designs, the business that would house the land and characters that have been populating my mind ever since.
